The 2024 Kia EV9 is an all-new EV from the company’s plan to have 11 new electric vehicles for sale by 2026.

Kia Corporation has announced that the EV9 SUV will go into production in Europe in 2023, making it the first market to receive the new vehicle. The EV9 concept is a three-row, all-electric SUV that is similar in size and shape to the Kia Carnival or Sedona minivan. It is expected to share many characteristics with the Hyundai Ioniq 7, which was launched in 2021. Both the Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5 are constructed on an enlarged version of the E-GMP platform, which will be utilized in both Kia and Hyundai’s larger electric SUVs in the near future.

2024 Kia EV9 Price and Range

The Kia EV9 is expected to have a maximum charging rate of 350 kilowatts, with a range of over 300 miles on a single charge. While Kia has not released pricing information for the EV9, industry experts anticipate that the US version of the vehicle will be available in 2024, with a starting price of around $55,000.

The Kia EV9 is set to have a 300-mile driving range, according to Kia, and will be capable of charging on 350-kilowatt fast charging stations. However, it is not yet clear what size battery pack will come standard on the vehicle or whether a larger battery pack option will be available. More information about the EV9’s battery capacity is expected to be released closer to the SUV’s on-sale date.

Kia EV9 Review

The ability to charge on 350-kilowatt fast charging stations is a major selling point for the EV9, as it allows drivers to quickly top up their vehicle’s battery while on longer trips. This fast charging capability, combined with the vehicle’s 300-mile driving range, makes the EV9 a practical choice for drivers who want an electric SUV that can handle longer journeys.
